ProductBase strives to be the complete solution access point for product information. If there is a brand or model number that we do not have on our system, we will add it, at your request. All you need to do is make a request via the Support form. Fill out the details and we will get back to you as soon as we can make that information available to you. The more details you provide to us (such as supplier’s point of contact and their details), the sooner and more easily we can make the information available to you.

We have a 24 hour turn around time for any product changes if the information data (images and text) is made available to us, if you report an inaccuracy or request a model number. For full brand additions to the system, we have a one week turn around time.
